William has been in the tax business since age 8, when he started in the mail room of the family enterprise. He began filing tax returns in 1999 and spent decades shadowing his grandfather, Bill Sharpe, on a daily basis. In 2005, William teamed with Bill and Deborah Sharpe to open Total Income Tax — today the busiest tax office in Peoria. His grandfather taught him that complacency equals death, so in 2016 William and his team launched Total IRS Relief as a stand-alone firm dedicated to helping taxpayers with their IRS and Illinois tax struggles.

Jeff is an Enrolled Agent and holds a Bachelor of Science from Bradley University. He started with Total Income Tax in 2002 and has held various roles in the tax industry ever since — including regional director for a national tax prep firm. When Jeff returned to the Sharpe family in 2017 as Tax Consultant, he took on preparing returns and resolving more significant tax problems. In his words: "For clients with tax problems, it's a great feeling to help lift the burden and stress of the IRS off of them and work on resolving their tax issues."

Sondra Grossen

Case Manager

Sondra has been with Total IRS Relief for over four years. She's usually the first friendly voice clients hear — greeting people, managing cases, and constantly sharpening her tax and accounting skills. In her spare time she helps those in need, tends to her garden, and bakes for friends and family.
